Vishal Agrawal

Vishal Agrawal is currently the VP of Operations at Scripbox. Vishal has previously worked as the Portfolio Lead for Recoveries at Jana Small Finance Bank and as the Product Head for ATMs and Financial Inclusion at Kotak Mahindra Bank. At Jana Small Finance Bank, they were responsible for driving collections through external collection/recovery agencies Pan India. Vishal was also responsible for Program Management & Process Management for the collections process. At Kotak Mahindra Bank, they were responsible for managing the ATM network of 650 plus ATMs including network uptime and channel availability. Vishal was also responsible for all new ATM deployments in a cost effective manner, as well as vendor management and corporate tie-ups. In addition, they were responsible for the implementation of Financial Inclusion initiatives of the Bank through Branches and Banking Correspondents to achieve the overall FI targets of the Bank.

Vishal Agrawal has an overall leadership development training from ING International Graduate Program. Vishal also has a diploma in business management from The ICFAI University. Lastly, they have a bachelor's degree in commerce from Christ College - Bangalore.
