Dave Roberts

Dave Roberts has extensive leadership experience as the Chief Executive Officer of J2 Enterprises LLC since July 2000 and as a member of the Community Advisory Board/President's Council at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas since 2008. Notably, Roberts served as the Third District Supervisor for the County of San Diego from January 2013 to January 2017, representing over 650,000 residents. In addition, Roberts held a federal appointment on the Advisory Panel on Medicare Education under both the George W. Bush and Barack Obama administrations from December 2008 to January 2013. Other significant roles include serving as Vice President of Government Relations for HIMSS from January 2006 to January 2013, and as a Councilmember, Deputy Mayor, and Mayor of Solana Beach, California, from December 2004 to December 2012. With a background in public financial management and political science from American University, Roberts also had a previous career in defense appropriations as a professional staff member in the US House of Representatives.
