Julie Taylor has an extensive work experience in the media industry. Julie started their career in 1990 at WBIR TV as a Community Affairs Producer, and later became a Promotions Producer. In 2000, Julie joined Scripps Networks and worked in various roles, including Production Manager for Scripps Productions, Manager of Program Administration, and Director of Program Administration for DIY Network. From 2010 onwards, they held leadership positions at Scripps Networks Interactive, serving as Vice President of Program Planning for HGTV & DIY Network, and later as Senior Vice President of Program Planning & Strategy for HGTV / DIY Network / Great American Country. Overall, Julie has a strong background in program planning and strategy, with a focus on home and lifestyle networks.
Julie Taylor attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.
