Nate Dalton

Nate Dalton is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of Sora Union since March 2022, and Founder of Daybreak Partners since May 2019, Dalton demonstrates a strong commitment to innovative solutions. In addition to these positions, Dalton serves as a Trustee at Boston University and holds membership on the Board of Overseers at Scripps Research. Leadership roles include serving as Director at All Turtles and VIDA. Dalton's past experience includes a significant tenure at Affiliated Managers Group as a Board Member and Senior Advisor, and founding GuardSupport, Inc., a non-profit supporting Massachusetts National Guard families. Early career experience includes a role as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP focused on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Dalton earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
