Andy Pirruccello

Andy Pirruccello, M.S., currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at The E.W. Scripps Company, focusing on enterprise culture initiatives and employee feedback strategies. Prior roles at Scripps included Director of Employee Experience and Director of Learning and Development, where Andy previously developed listening strategies and led learning and DEI training efforts. Andy also holds leadership roles with the Institute for Corporate Productivity and Reworked. Earlier experience at Toyota North America encompassed various talent management and performance management positions, including Senior Talent Management Analyst and Senior Policy Analyst. Andy Pirruccello earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
