Trace Hope

Trace Hope has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and customer service. They started their career at Valor Global Idaho in 2016, where they initially worked as a Customer Loyalty Specialist, providing customer service to clients and handling charge backs. In 2019, Trace transitioned to the role of an IT Support Technician at ProService Boise, which was later acquired by Valor Global. They continued honing their skills in IT support until 2021.

In 2021, Trace joined Virtual IT as an IT Support Technician, where they provided technical support to various clients. This role was followed by a promotion to System Administrator in December 2022.
