Maísa B. Pereira

Maísa B. Pereira has a diverse and extensive work experience. Maísa is currently working at Scrive as a Legal Counsel, a position they have held since February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for various tasks, including answering stakeholders' legal questions, assessing local laws and regulations, amending and negotiating contracts, providing legal support to the revenue team, conducting legal assessments for vendor/supplier acquisition, and leading a project to increase legal awareness within the company.

Prior to joining Scrive, Maísa worked at Nordicways as a Project Manager from February 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the same company from April 2018 to November 2018.

Maísa also has experience as a Lawyer at Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - Seccional RN from August 2014 to November 2018. Maísa briefly worked as a Legal Counsel at Alves, Assis e Medeiros Advogados Associados from March 2015 to August 2015.

Maísa B. Pereira obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidade Potiguar, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. Maísa then pursued an Executive MBA in Civil Procedure and Legal Management from Ibmec starting from 2017 and continuing until the present. In 2020, they enrolled in JENSEN yrkeshögskola to study English Language and Literature, and they are currently pursuing the degree. Additionally, in 2020, Maísa completed a program in Intensivsvenska för ekonomer, jurister och samhällsvetare (Intensive Swedish for Economists, Lawyers, and Social Scientists) at Åsö Vuxengymnasium.

Maísa B. Pereira has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Lawyer from the Brazilian Bar Association. Maísa furthered their skill set by completing the Principles of Agile Software Development certification from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA in September 2019. More recently, in 2022, they completed three Tech Contracts Master Class certifications, including End-game and Special Clauses, General Clauses, and Key Liability Terms, all offered by the Tech Contracts Academy.
