Pedro Bolaino

Pedro Bolaino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pedro started their career as a Sales Associate at Inditex, where they gained valuable skills in customer service and team motivation. Pedro then worked as an Administration Manager at Club 21 UK, where they were responsible for managing a large team of cashiers and handling finance administration. After that, Pedro joined Burberry as an In-Store HR & Operations personnel, where they played a central role in day-to-day store operations and handled HR administration tasks. Later, they worked at King as an HR Operations Lead, overseeing HR operations across multiple regions and supporting the launch of a new company-wide system. Currently, Pedro is the Head of Human Resources at SCRM - Lidl International Hub, where they are focused on defining the company culture and organizing the company from a people's perspective.

Pedro Bolaino pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management from La Salle BCN from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Human Resources Management at Westminster Kingsway College in London from 2010 to 2013.
