Joanelle Toh is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Scroll, where they work on scaling the Ethereum network as part of a cross-functional team. Previously, Joanelle gained diverse experience in the legal sector as a Legal Associate at Withersworldwide, focusing on corporate and M&A law, and has contributed as a Project Manager at Brain Juice Collective promoting youth advocacy. They have a strong foundation in training and content development from their time at the United Nations Association of Singapore. Joanelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the National University of Singapore and has engaged in multiple internships and roles that highlight their expertise in legal and operational matters.
