Kathy Busto Mickel

Kathy Busto Mickel currently serves as the Learning Solutions Lead at the Society for Clinical Research Sites since May 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Business Operations at Midwest Erosion Control, LLC since April 2020. Kathy has extensive experience in education as the Lead Teacher Trainer and Academic Director at Santosha School since July 2017, and Kathy is the Founder of In-Body-Mind-Soul, providing personalized client services since October 2018. Previously, Kathy held multiple roles at Eli Lilly and Company from June 2000 to May 2018, including Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Research Associate, along with experience as a Clinical Research Administrator at Gentiva Health Services and a Clinical Research Associate at PAREXEL. Early career experience includes working as a Clinical Coordinator at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Kathy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology from Beloit College between 1989 and 1993.
