Angie Thompson

Angie Thompson, MFRW, serves as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and AI Education at the University of Montana since October 2022, leading AI integration initiatives and enhancing departmental visibility through workshops and presentations. With extensive experience in education, Angie has held roles as a career coach, providing career guidance and motivational workshops, and has previously advised and instructed adult learners at Missoula County Public Schools. Additional positions include temporary EdReady Ambassador during the COVID-19 pandemic and teaching roles at Valley Christian School and Summit Christian Academy. Early career experience includes co-founding a homeschool organization and serving in various educational support roles, including as a Match Support and Enrollment Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Angie holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
