Carlos Felippe Cardoso has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Software Developer at Petrobras in 2007. Carlos Felippe then worked as a Freelancer Software Developer, Technical Leader, and Extreme Programming Coach from 2005 to 2010.
In 2010, they joined the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they held various roles such as Agile Coach, IT Manager, Professor, and Product Manager until 2015. During this time, they also co-founded K21 in 2012, where they worked as an Agility Expert, Trainer, and Co-Founder.
In 2014, Carlos became a Certified Scrum Developer Trainer at Scrum Alliance. Carlos Felippe later became an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University in 2018. In the same year, they co-founded wBrain Agile People.
Most recently, Carlos founded AsteriscoLab in 2022, where they currently hold the role of Co-founder.
