Harmony Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Harmony started their career at MetaJiva in 2007 as an Internet Researcher/Candidate Sourcer. Harmony then joined Accenture | SolutionsIQ in 2007 and held various roles including Sourcing Specialist, Training Operations, Sales Operations and Salesforce Administrator, and Email and Marketing Automation Manager. In 2017, Harmony joined Accenture as a Marketing Manager, focusing on Automation, Email, Analytics, and Marcom. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager at Scrum Alliance, where they were responsible for guiding the organization in best practices for email campaigns, segmentation, analytics, GDPR, and other customer-focused initiatives. Currently, Harmony serves as the Product Owner - Brand and Customer Lifecycle at Scrum Alliance, collaborating with stakeholders on work prioritization and aligning with organizational goals. Their work experience reflects a strong background in marketing, operations, and customer lifecycle management.
Harmony Jones began their education in 2009 at Edmonds College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Information Security and Digital Forensics. Harmony completed their studies in 2011.
In 2020, they enrolled in Bellevue College and will be graduating in 2023. Their course of study at Bellevue College focuses on Marketing and Data Analytics.
Additionally, Harmony has obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2008, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. In 2017, they earned the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification from ICAgile. Harmony obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in April 2020 and the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification in February 2023, both from the Scrum Alliance.
