Ivano Masiero

Ivano Masiero has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ivano started their career in 2008 as a scientific collaborator and developer at Colgate-Palmolive. Ivano then worked as a freelance frontend developer and researcher at the University of Padua, where they also taught courses on database fundamentals and computer systems. In 2016, Ivano joined Talent Garden as a trainer and facilitator, conducting Agile-focused training sessions for companies like Vodafone Italia and The Walt Disney Company Italia. Ivano also served as a Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach during their time at Talent Garden. In 2017, they became a Product Owner and Agile Consultant at Breton S.p.A., and in 2019, they worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Barilla Group. Ivano has been a Certified Scrum Product Owner and an Agile Coach at Loro Piana and Gruppo Cassa Centrale, respectively. Ivano is currently working as an Explorer at Kitto.
