Jaya Shrivastava

Jaya Shrivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jaya currently holds the role of ScrumAlliance Certified Scrum Trainer at Scrum Alliance since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at ScrumBay as a Consultant, Enterprise Coach & Trainer starting in November 2013. Additionally, they served as an Enterprise Agile Coach, Consultant & Trainer at HotelHub from October 2017. Jaya also played a significant role as Co-Chair of the Global Scrum Gathering, Bengaluru in 2016, where they were responsible for program management, coordination, agenda and scheduling, community involvement, advertising, and social media engagements. Jaya started their career as a Research Scholar at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 1999, where they researched the effect of spirulina algae on diabetes and aging while also teaching classes for M. Sc Students.

Jaya Shrivastava completed their Master of Science (M.Sc) degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1997 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application in the field of Computer Science from the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT) from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a B Level (Eq. MCA) degree in Computer Science from the same institute between 2003 and 2006.

Jaya Shrivastava has also obtained various certifications. Jaya became a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from Scrum Alliance in May 2019. In May 2017, they completed the Training from back of the room (TBR) - Train the Trainer course from Bowperson Publishing and Training. Jaya also holds the certification of a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum@Scale, obtained in April 2017. Furthermore, they have the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) certification from Scrum Alliance. Jaya Shrivastava has additional certifications as a Certified LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), KMP1 from Lean Kanban Inc., and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
