Madhavi Ledalla

Madhavi Ledalla has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Madhavi currently serves as a Certified Scrum Trainer at Scrum Alliance since December 2020. Prior to that, Madhavi worked at ADP as an Agile Coach from March 2017 to January 2022. Madhavi also worked as an Agile Coach at SolutionsIQ India Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. from September 2013 to January 2017. Furthermore, Madhavi held positions such as Project Manager at Intergraph from June 2008 to September 2013, Lead Engineer at Invensys Development Center India Pvt Ltd from October 2007 to June 2008, and Project Lead at GE from June 2005 to October 2007. Madhavi began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at OSI Systems from November 2001 to May 2005, and as a Software Engineer at SemanticSpace Technologies from July 2000 to November 2001.

Madhavi Ledalla completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Vasavi College Of Engg Hyd (Osmania University) in the years 1994-1998. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University in the year 2011-2012.

Madhavi Ledalla also holds several certifications in various fields. Madhavi obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2011, and the PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institute in February 2011. In May 2015, they received the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
