Ram Srinivasan

Ram Srinivasan has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at MTV Networks, where they optimized database queries and customized the Wordpress platform. In 2009, they joined Alterra Capital as a Senior Developer and later moved on to Dow Jones & Company as an Architect/Project Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Fareportal before becoming an Agile and Lean Coach at InRhythm™ in 2012. The following year, Ram served as an Agile Coach at Bank of America. In 2014, they became a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) at Scrum Alliance, where they also taught various courses. Ram then joined Vistaprint in 2017 as a Scrum Master/Agile Team Coach. Ram has since worked as a Team, Leadership, and Organizational Effectiveness Coach at InnovAgility, providing coaching in Agile transformation efforts and facilitating workshops on Kanban, coaching, facilitation, and leadership. Ram is currently a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org, teaching PSM classes.

Ram Srinivasan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1997 to 2001. Ram then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Ram Srinivasan has also obtained several certifications. Ram became a Certified Scrum Professional from the Scrum Alliance in February 2012 and a Certified Scrum Master in May 2011. Ram also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2011. Ram further acquired the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2011.

Ram Srinivasan has demonstrated expertise as a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant, a certification they received from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2019. Ram is also a Certified Agile Leadership Educator accredited by the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Ram has pursued training in the Strategyzer Masterclass, although the completion dates are unavailable. Lastly, they hold a certification as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach from CRR Global, but the completion dates for this certification are also unknown.
