Carsten Ruseng Jakobsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching, management consulting, and software engineering. As the Founder and Owner of Grow Beyond Aps since September 2017, Carsten provides training and coaching in Agile methodologies, serving notable clients such as Universal Robots, Rambøll Management, and Skatteministeriet. Concurrently, Carsten functions as an external lecturer at Aalborg University, teaching a Software Engineering course. A Partner at Scrum Inc., Carsten collaborates on Scrum training initiatives across Europe and previously served as an External Enterprise Agile Coach for the LEGO Group.
