James Edmondson

James Edmondson is a highly experienced consultant and leader with a robust background in agile transformation and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as a UK Principal Consultant at Scrum Inc. since June 2023, James previously held several key positions at Anglian Water Services from August 2018 to June 2023, including Head of Agile Transformation and Benefits Realisation Management Lead. James's extensive experience encompasses roles in the Royal Australian Navy and Royal Navy, where leadership and operational management skills were honed. With a strong educational foundation, including a Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching and a Master’s Degree in Maritime Operations, James also maintains certifications in project and change management, cyber security, and coaching.
