Alex Ballarin

Alex Ballarin is a highly experienced professional in Business Agility and agile transformation. As a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org since April 2016, Alex has also held the position of Business Agility Coach at ITNOVE, actively mentoring C-suite executives and designing agile adoption strategies. As the Founder of The Liberators Network Spain, Alex leads initiatives to foster agile practices. Alongside roles in academia as Director de postgrado and lecturer at UPC School, Alex has extensive consulting experience with organizations like Penteo ICT and IBM, focusing on IT strategy, operations, and process improvement. Alex holds degrees in Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
