Jeremy Kithome

Jeremy Kithome has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeremy started their career at Penta Flowers in 2010 as a Management Trainee, where they gained experience in production, quality control, marketing, and sales. Jeremy then worked at Makindu Sunrise Academy as an Acting Managing Director from 2012 to 2015, overseeing day-to-day operations and financials.

In 2016, Jeremy transitioned into the technology field and joined CommunityCo as a Full Stack Developer. Here, they built multi-tenant infrastructure web applications on the MEAN stack, designed and developed marketplace products using ReactJS and NodeJS, and migrated pre-existing product front-ends to use ReactJS.

Jeremy continued to build their technical skills and joined Forcefield Online, Inc. in 2017 as a Software Developer. Jeremy worked on building parental monitoring browser extensions for Chrome and Safari using Backbone.js. Jeremy also researched and built Android and iOS apps for enabling parental control and monitoring of child devices using React Native and Redux.

In 2018, Jeremy joined Guesty as a Full Stack Developer, where they focused on developing web applications. Later that year, they moved to SovTech as a Software Developer. In 2019, Jeremy took on the role of Senior Developer at Andela, where they contributed to software development projects. Jeremy also briefly worked at VenueX as a Senior Software Developer.

In 2020, Jeremy joined Raise as a Senior Developer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Engineering Lead in 2021. Here, they played a key role in leading and managing engineering teams. In the same year, they joined Levo as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing their expertise to the development of software solutions.
