Morgan Tompkins

Morgan Tompkins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they work as an RSPO Lead Auditor at SCS Global Services since October 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Head Perfumer at Rose Colored Glasses starting from March 2021. From September 2019 to September 2022, Morgan worked at US Botanical Safety Laboratory, initially as the Director of Quality and later as the Quality Manager. They also held the position of Quality Control Analyst II and BSL II Lab Manager at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. from September 2016 to May 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant II at Integrated BioTherapeutics, Inc. From 2009 to 2016, Morgan was a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company. They also have experience as a Quality Control Analyst at Nutramax Laboratories from January 2015 to February 2016. Additionally, Morgan gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Salisbury University, working on projects related to nitrate concentration in local rivers and the extraction and analysis of natural dyes.

Morgan Tompkins obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Allied Science/Chemistry from Salisbury University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, Morgan completed high school at Thornton Academy and earned a High School Diploma from 2006 to 2010.
