Samer Samaan

Samer Samaan possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, spanning over three decades. At SCS-Net since April 1993, Samer has designed numerous residential projects, villas, stores, and exhibition stands, in addition to executing various decorations and interior works both inside and outside Syria. As a consultant civil engineer and owner of Aphamia Engineering House since March 1993, Samer has been involved in reviewing structural designs and providing construction solutions with the Engineering Syndicate of Damascus. Previously, as Director Engineer at SRB (Petroleum Company) from May 1993 to June 1994, Samer oversaw a significant $60 million gas and petroleum station project. Early career included a role as Project Engineer at the General Company of Building from February 1989 to November 1992, where Samer executed diverse civil and architectural works. Education includes a Bachelor's degree from the Governmental School in Damascus from 1977 to 1980, following completion of high school in Damascus.
