Antje Betscher

Antje Betscher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Currently a Partner at SCS Personalberatung GmbH, Antje is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations. Previously, Antje served as Head of HR & Transformation and Head of Transformation at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH from February 2019 to September 2023. Antje also held senior roles at Deutsche Telekom from January 2010 to April 2023, including Senior Expert HR Executive Management and Expertin Recruitment. Early career experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Advantage Consultores from January 2006 to December 2009. Antje holds a Staatsexamen in Social Sciences and Romance Studies from The University of Bonn.
