Noble Rassam

Noble Rassam is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering and entrepreneurship. As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of TB Outdoor Rentals since January 2019, Noble has demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen. Concurrently, Noble serves as a Staff Engineer at SCST, Inc. since May 2016 and previously held the position of Project Engineer at Atlas until July 2020. Early experience includes an engineering internship with the City of South Bend and a role as a Work Study at the University of Evansville, where responsibilities included processing applications for international students and assisting in surveying education. Noble holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville and a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Engineering from Salahaddin University-Erbil.
