Bilal Qureshi

Bilal Qureshi is the CEO of SCT Global, a telecom and IT consulting company. Bilal has over 15 years of experience in the telecom and IT industries, including stints at Samurrai, SOFTOO, and SCT Group. In their role at SCT Global, Bilal is responsible for business development, strategic consulting, scope expansion, and business liaisoning. Bilal has been with the company since its inception in 2012 and has played a key role in its growth.

Bilal Qureshi has a Bachelor of Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University, a PGD from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the National Defence University. Bilal is also certified by the National Defence University Islamabad in National Security Workshop and by Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in Emerging Leaders.
