Dana Paramita has extensive experience in journalism, having worked at SCTV since June 2016 in various roles including News Producer, Presidential Journalist, News Anchor, and News Reporter. Prior to SCTV, Dana was a News Reporter at KOMPAS TV from May 2014 to May 2016, where notable achievements included conducting interviews during the 6th Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) conference in Yogyakarta. Dana's career in broadcasting began at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Produa Semarang as a Radio Announcer for the English Time program in 2014. Dana holds a degree from Universitas Diponegoro, completed in 2015.

Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) is an Indonesian television station. Its headquarters are in South Jakarta. It began broadcasting on 24 August 1990 in Surabaya, East Java, broadcasting only to the city and surrounding area. In 1991 SCTV Bali was established in Bali. At this point the programming was similar to that of RCTI and used some of their news programs until they could produce their own. On 1 January 1993 it was given a national license and eventually moved its operations to Jakarta. The main office is in South Jakarta and studios are in West Jakarta. It is owned by the Sariaatmadja group.
