Darlene Silva

Darlene Woo Silva, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive background in human resources. Darlene has held various HR leadership positions, including Senior Vice President Human Resources at SCU Credit Union and VP Human Resources Director at South Shore Bank. Darlene also served as AVP, HR Director at The Community Bank and started their career as a Recruiter at HarborOne Credit Union. Darlene holds a BA in Management Science from Bridgewater State University and has continued their education at New England College of Financial Studies.
