Hristo Hristov

Hristo Hristov has been in the workforce for the past 10 years. In 2010, they started working at Milara Inc, as a New Product Development | Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Olympus Scientific Solutions Americas, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer. From 2015 to 2017, Hristo was employed at HMC Plc, first as a Program Management Consultant and then as a Program | Project Manager. In 2017, they joined dataCon, Inc, taking on the roles of Program Management Consultant and Program | Project Manager. Currently, Hristo is employed at Scully Signal Company, where they are the Head Of Quality Assurance.

Hristo Hristov has an extensive educational background. Hristo completed an Executive Education Program in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021. Hristo also completed an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degree from the Professional School of Electrical and Electronics “Marie Skłodowska-Curie” between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Hristo holds fifteen certifications from various institutions, including Creating High Velocity Organizations, Inquiry-driven Leadership, Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World, Business Process Design for Strategic Management, AS9100D Lead Auditor - Aviation, Space and Defense, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS), IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Lean Silver Certification, IPC Electrostatic Discharge Control (ESD), KIZEN, Radiation Control Program (RCP) & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and IPC-7721 & IPC-7711 Rework, Repair, & Modification of Printed Boards & Electronic Assemblies.
