Jane Dillulio

Jane Dillulio has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and technology. Jane currently holds the position of Global Head, Human Capital Technology & Employee Benefits at Sculptor Capital Management, where they manage all technology applications supporting human resource activities and employee data management for 500 employees globally. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manager and Human Capital Systems Manager at the same company.

Before joining Sculptor Capital Management, Jane worked at Epicor Software as a Professional Services Consultant, leading project management activities related to the implementation of HR Information Systems for clients. Jane also served as a dedicated project management consultant for one of the clients.

Earlier in their career, Jane held various roles in different companies including Core Services Corporation, Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Dassault Falcon Jet, Agfa Corporation, and Witco Chemical Corp., where they gained experience in areas such as human resources, compensation programs, and benefits administration.

Jane Dillulio attended Fordham University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
