Norman Greenberg

Norman Greenberg serves as the General Counsel for Credit, Private Transactions, and Asia at Sculptor Capital Management, a position held since August 2018, while also functioning as a Managing Director and previously as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Norman Greenberg was an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP from September 2014 to August 2018 and gained experience as a Legal Clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee during the summer of 2012. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (2011-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree from New York University (2008-2011).
