Matt Stone

Matt Stone is the General Manager at Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency (SCV Water) since January 2018. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of General Manager at Castaic Lake Water Agency. Additionally, Matt has experience as General Manager at Rancho California Water District, and as Associate General Manager at Municipal Water District of Orange County.
