Chris Hatt

Chris (CJ) Hatt is a professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering within the manufacturing and packaging sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at SCW.AI by Supply Chain Wizard since February 2025, Chris previously worked as a Sales Consultant at Systech International from February 2024 to February 2025 and held a position focused on Pharma/Medical packaging equipment at Videojet Laetus from October 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Technical Supervisor at Bayer from June 2014 to December 2021, and an Engineering Intern role at Bayer from 2012 to March 2013. Additionally, Chris began the career as an Assistant at Brenek Electric from June 2009 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
