Philip Janssen has significant work experience in finance and investment. Philip started their career in 2005 as an Associate Director in Corporate Finance at KPMG Nederland, where they provided independent advice to clients in various aspects of finance, including debt issues, project financing, and refinancing. In 2015, they joined Nederlandse Investeringsinstelling (NLII) as a Senior Manager, where they assessed financing needs within different sectors of the Dutch economy and structured financing options for institutional investors. At the same time, they also served as a Member of the MoMo expert panel at MoMo4Climate, focusing on mobilizing finance for climate action. In 2017, Philip became the CFO at SCW systems, a company dedicated to using science and technology to help cool the Earth.
Philip Janssen obtained their Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. During their time at the University of Groningen, they pursued a field of study focused on Economics. In addition to their studies at the University of Groningen, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at the University of Valencia from 2003 to 2004.
