Flávia Dias is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic sales across various technology sectors. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at ScyllaDB since October 2024, Flávia previously held key roles at MongoDB, including Senior Account Executive, where a 108% quota achievement in FY24 was realized through effective C-level engagement and team coordination. Flávia also excelled at DocuSign, achieving 148% of quota in Latin America as the first Account Executive in the region.
