Jane Soong

Jane Soong has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to present. Jane began their career as a Manager and Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1997 to 2000. Jane then worked as an Internal Auditor at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2002. Following that, they served as the Global Reporting Manager at kgb_ from 2004 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Ansell. Jane was then the Controller at CircuLite, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting at MediaMath. Currently, Jane is the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at SCYNEXIS, Inc., a position they have held since 2019.

Jane Soong received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from National Taiwan University. Jane then pursued further education, obtaining an MBA degree in Accounting & Finance from Lehigh University. In addition to their degrees, Jane also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA, which they obtained in January 1998, and as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute, which they obtained in May 2002.
