Bryan Waltz

Bryan Waltz is a seasoned professional in operations and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Scythe Robotics since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing Field Operations, Field Engineering, and Customer Support Operations teams. Prior to this, Bryan held various positions at SpaceX from August 2018 to January 2023, culminating in the role of Supervisor for Starlink Development Operations & Maintenance, managing teams that built and maintained factory equipment for Starlink User Terminals. Bryan's extensive experience also includes roles at Chant Engineering Co. Inc., Fluitron, Inc., and Thompson Organization, Inc., where Bryan developed strong technical and leadership skills. Educational qualifications include a degree in Automotive Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, earned between 2002 and 2004.
