Shannon Bitetto

Shannon Bitetto currently serves as the Director of Field Operations at WTHN since May 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at GLOSSLAB from January 2023 to April 2024, including Director of Field Operations, Regional Director, and Head of Training and Inventory Management. Shannon's experience also includes serving as the Director of Operations, Business Manager, and General Manager at BLVD from April 2019 to August 2021. At LimeLife by Alcone, from September 2017 to April 2019, Shannon was the General Manager of Customer Experience, managing the Customer Care Department and utilizing Exigo and Zendesk software systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Salon Manager at DREAMDRY from September 2016 to July 2017, overseeing operations with Booker software under Hudson BLVD Group ownership. Shannon's educational background includes a Degree in Multi Media Makeup Artistry and a Cosmetology License from Make-up Designory.
