Kevin McGlade

Kevin McGlade has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Athlete for the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Federation from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they became an Operations Training Manager for Gusto!. In 2018, they worked as a Robotic Operational Specialist for Marble, where they designed test plans and procedures for sidewalk delivery robots. Finally, from 2019 to present, Kevin has been a Robotic Operations & Implementation Manager for Scythe Robotics. In this role, they have managed two robotic-forward operating bases in Florida and Texas, planned and executed an operations strategy for unit allocations, led a team to define timelines, coordinated releases, ensured customer plans were in place, and acted as a company liaison between Scythe and landscaping companies. Kevin has also managed product development across key stakeholders and worked with contractors to build out accurate tracking and quality assurance for multiple projects.

Kevin McGlade attended SUNY Empire State College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management.
