Filip Vandecasteele

Filip Vandecasteele has extensive experience in the HR and business management sectors, currently serving as Business Improvement Manager and segment manager for SMEs at SD Worx Belgium since October 2007. Responsibilities include implementing regional strategies, overseeing operational management of the Kortrijk office, managing client portfolios, and developing business plans.
