Karoliina Palkonen

Karoliina Palkonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and project management within the HR and payroll services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience for SD Worx Finland since September 2019, Karoliina leads a team focused on customer onboarding and development projects. Previous roles include Project Manager and Payroll Software Specialist at ADITRO from November 2006 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing client set-up and transition projects as well as payroll software implementation. Earlier in the career, Karoliina gained foundational experience as a Bookkeeper at RJ-Tili Oy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
