Gleb Sukhanov

Gleb Sukhanov has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software development and information technology consulting. Gleb started their career at Ufa-AviaGaz as a Junior Software Engineer and later advanced to roles such as Software Engineer, Project Team Lead, and Information Technology Consultant. At Arcadia Inc., they worked as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a SaaS HR and payroll solution. Gleb also founded PetDonor and worked as the Founder for a year. Currently, they are employed at SD Worx as a Software Developer and Dev Team Lead, leading the development of a SaaS HR and payroll solution for the Nordic market and also overseeing the team responsible for the internal component library. Gleb has expertise in various technologies such as Angular, Docker, Elasticsearch, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, MS SQL, S3 (MinIO), and Azure DevOps.

Gleb Sukhanov earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from ITMO University in 2020. Gleb also completed a professional retraining program in IT translation (English ↔ Russian) from ITMO University between 2017 and 2020. Currently, Gleb is pursuing a Master's degree in Innovative Entrepreneurship in ICT at ITMO University, which they started in 2020. Additionally, they were a finalist and obtained a Technology Leader Development Program "Vector" Certificate from State Corporation Rostec in 2020.
