Karen Heremans

Karen Heremans currently serves as the Head of Center of Excellence Southern-Europe at SD Worx since August 2018, where responsibilities include the development of a regional team focused on continuous improvement, change management, quality compliance, and enhancing customer experience. Prior to this, Karen held various positions at SD Worx Belgium, including Global Service Delivery Manager and Operational Readiness Manager for Service Delivery, emphasizing continuous improvement in service delivery and management for large enterprises in the public sector. Karen's extensive background in SAP HCM, which spans over twenty years, includes roles such as Senior SAP HCM Consultant and Managing Consultant at notable companies like Arinso and Electronic Data Systems, where expertise in application maintenance and implementation was leveraged. Educational credentials include a Licentiaat degree in Translation (English-Spanish) from HIVT.
