Katja Tessendorff

Katja Tessendorff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process improvements and shared service management. Currently serving as the Head of BPI at SD Worx since April 2021, Katja previously held various leadership roles within SD Worx GmbH, including Head of the Shared Service Center Dresden and Business Transformation Manager, from January 2016 to March 2021. Earlier career highlights include a position as Teamleiter Sales & Account Support at fidelis HR GmbH and several roles at TDS HR Services & Solutions and Berliner Sparkasse Landesbank Berlin. Katja holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt Fachrichtung Bank (BA) in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, earned between 1997 and 2000.
