Mieke Gabriëls

Mieke Gabriëls has extensive work experience in the HR field. Mieke started their career at SD Worx in 2003 as a Senior HR Consultant, Coach, and Trainer. Mieke held this role until 2011 when they became an HR Business Partner for SME BE. In 2016, Mieke became an HR Manager for SME BE at SD Worx and continued in this role until 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of People Director for SME EU, Marketing & Portfolio at SD Worx. In 2021, Mieke took on the position of People Director for Staffing & Career Solutions at SD Worx Staffing Solutions Belgium and SD Worx Staffing Solutions Netherlands. Mieke'swork experience spans a range of HR roles in various companies within the SD Worx group.

Mieke Gabriëls has a diverse education history. Mieke started by obtaining a Master's degree in Law from the University of Antwerp in 2001. From there, they furthered their studies with an Expert Class in Social Law and Human Resources at the same university in 2005-2006. Later, in 2006-2008, they pursued a Master's degree in NLP at the School for NLP. In 2008, they became a Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant at Esclarmonde. Following that, they completed a Certified Coach Opleiding Grow at The Coaching Square in 2008-2009. In 2010, Mieke studied Systemic Work in Organizations at MultiDimens and Group Dynamics at IVC. In 2015, they gained knowledge and skills in Mediation at Dialogue. Lastly, Mieke is currently studying to become a Certified Consultant in Harrison Assessments at Harrison Assessments International, with an anticipated completion date in 2023.
