Nathalie Stokmans

Nathalie Stokmans has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Nathalie started their career as a Commercial Representative for Henri-Lloyd before transitioning into recruitment and HR positions. Nathalie has worked at companies such as Kern International Consultants, Creyf's Interim, and Make me Fly! as a Career Coach. Stokmans has significant experience in recruitment and selection, managing HR processes, advising on HR topics, and building international recruitment teams. Currently, they hold the role of International Talent Acquisition Lead SME & SAP Solutions at SD Worx where they lead projects, analyzes recruitment channels, and collaborates with Hiring and HR managers to drive processes forward.

Nathalie Stokmans has a diverse educational background. In 1990-1996, they attended Koninklijk Atheneum Kapellen, where they studied modern languages and human sciences. In 1996-1998, they pursued business management at Syntra. In recent years, Nathalie has engaged in various training programs and masterclasses. In 2017-2018, they completed the ACTP program at Training & Coaching Square to become a professional coach. In 2018, they participated in the Masterclass Change at SD Worx. Additionally, Nathalie has acquired expertise in assessments, interview training, project management, and payroll consultancy through their involvement with SD Worx. Looking toward the future, they plan to further their education as an Erkend Stress & Burn-out coach at YourCoach BVBA in 2022.
