Päivi Huopio

Päivi Huopio has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Currently, they are the Country People Lead for Finland and Estonia at SD Worx. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting and as an HR Business Partner at FIMER. Päivi also held various HR positions at KONE Corporation, including Head of HR for the Manufacturing Network and Supply Units and Head of HR for Major Projects. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Manager at Virvo Oy, Dell, and Unisys. Päivi began their career as an HR secretary at Toimihenkilöapu PSTA/Client Oy Unisys Ab and as a Notary at the Provincial Government of North Karelia.

Päivi Huopio obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in 1995. Päivi also studied Psychology at the University of Turku during the same period. Päivi has additional certifications including Certified Business Coach® from the BCI Business Coaching Institute obtained in 2021, as well as certifications in 360 and PAPI from Cubiks.
