Oscar Teja

Oscar Teja, MBA, serves as the PMO Director for Leonardo Company's Electronics Division, overseeing program management for a €4 billion revenue sector and managing Project/Product Life Cycle processes. Teja has held various roles including Commercial Manager, Contract Manager, and Finance Manager within the Defence Systems Business Unit. Elected as Chief Whip and City Council Member for La Spezia, Teja also leads the Healthcare and Welfare Committee and has actively participated in local governance. Involvement with SDA Bocconi includes being a Full Time MBA Advisory Council Board Member, Class Leader, and co-founder of the Wine, Food and Politics MBA Club. Teja is a member of the ISPI Future Leaders Program and the Executive Council for the La Spezia District of FIM CISL Nazionale. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from SDA Bocconi, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Università degli Studi di Genova, complemented by early career experiences at SpecTec, AgustaWestland, and Sitep.
