Charlotte Herum Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and product ownership. Currently serving as a Product Owner at SDC since March 2021, Charlotte previously worked at Danske Spil A/S as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CIO and CFO from April 2015 to February 2021. Prior roles include project manager positions at Saint-Gobain Distribution Denmark, where responsibilities included managing e-commerce projects and enhancing customer experiences. Early career experiences include roles as a project assistant, analyst, and intern, demonstrating a strong foundation in market research and customer engagement. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Market Research from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, among other academic qualifications.
