Ingrid Olsen is an experienced professional specializing in process optimization and management. Currently serving as the Process Excellence Manager at SDC since December 2022, Ingrid supports Lean thinking and facilitates organizational changes. Previously at Forca from July 2010 to December 2022, Ingrid utilized RPA technology (Blue Prism) to analyze robotics potential and automate processes, improved customer journeys as a service designer, and employed Lean and Six Sigma tools as a process specialist. Earlier experience includes freelance consulting at Aiding Change Consulting, focusing on business processes and management of change, as well as various roles at Hewlett-Packard that involved IT requirements and process analysis. Ingrid also has experience as an accountant at Laerdal Medical. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Accounting and a Business Diploma in Organization Theory and Communication from Copenhagen Business School.
